Reminiscent of home kitchens, the restaurant serves a variety of familiar western and Vietnamese dishes served with an extra touch. Sitting at Kitchen by the River, guests are invited to watch the sun-coated Saigon river wistfully slips past and savour heritage cuisines, served to perfection.
