Hotel Information & In-room Policy

Welcome to Mia Saigon Luxury Boutique Hotel. We would like to extend a very warm welcome to our hotel.
Our intention is to provide each guest with the level of personal service found only in the finest hotels. To make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable, we have some notes to advise you during your stay:

1. Check-in & check-out time: Our check-in time is 03:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 noon. If you would like to extend your stay or depart later, please contact reception to check availability and additional charges.
2. Breakfast Time: Our buffet breakfast will be served at the Kitchen by the River restaurant from 06:30 AM to 10:30 AM daily.
3. Pool: Our salted swimming pool is open from 06:00 AM to 06:00 PM, you are not recommended to swim after 07:00 PM for your safety.
4. Non-smoking policy: please be informed that smoking is not permitted anywhere in the room, including the balcony. Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas. A penalty fee of VND 10,000,000 will be charged for any violation.
5. Safe Deposit Boxes: Please do not leave any valuables unattended in your room. Please use the safe provided in your room. The hotel assumes no liability for lost items.
6. Room service / In-room dining: Our room service is available 24 hours. A separate menu is digitally available on your TV. To order please contact extension 141.
7. Ô Spa & Fitness: Ô Spa is open from 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM daily. Please contact Ô Spa for daily promotions.
   Our modern fitness equipment is available for you 24 hours every day. Lockers are available in the changing rooms. The hotel assumes no liability.
8. Rove beetles: If you find any rove beetles in your room, please inform us, and we will assist you to clear them out, please do not touch them.
9. Visitor: Mia is governed by the laws and regulations of Vietnam; all visitors must be registered at the Front Desk. Visitor time is from 08:00 AM to 09:00 PM.
10. Drugs, Weed & Funky Balls: Beware that the consumption of drugs, funky balls and gambling is punishable by the laws of Vietnam and therefore strictly forbidden on the property.
11. Durian and Jackfruit: Fresh durian is not allowed on hotel premises. A cleaning fee will be applied if you consume durian or jackfruit in the Hotel’s room.
12. Clothes Hanging: Clothes are not encouraged to hang on the balcony in order to ensure safety and comfortable experience for all guests.
