Created to appreciate the Mia Loyalty Guests Card to Mia Luxury Collection resorts and hotels, the Mia Loyalty Guests Card invites you to a wide range of special benefits.

  • 10% discount on public room rate on hotel website, not applicable for package. Discount for no more than 5 rooms per night.
  • Early check in and late check out, subject to availability.
  • Free room upgrade, subject to availability.
  • 10% discount on F&B on a la carte menu (not applicable for special events, promotions and packages).
  • 10% discount on Spa treatments.
  • 1 birthday cake once book the room.
  • Mia Saigon: 20% discount on all transportation. Transportation needs to be booked 3 days in advance, subject to availability.
  • Mia Nha Trang: free airport transportation and 10% discount on minibar.
  • 15% discount on the a-la-carte menus of Madame Lam restaurant and La Cala by Mia restaurant, located at 10 Tran Ngoc Dien, Thao Dien, Thu Duc City, HCMC.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Scan QR code behind the card for Terms and Condition.
  • Validity period shall be 12 calendar months from the date of issuance of the membership.
  • The membership card has no cash value and cannot be traded for any other service.
  • The membership card is not transferable.
  • Physical presentation of the membership card is compulsory for availing the benefits.
  • Benefit is applied only for card holder. Signature on the bill and on the card must be matched.
  • Discount benefit is not combined with other promotions, offers or discounts.
  • Discount benefit is not applicable on Public Holidays.
  • Lost or stolen membership cards must be immediately reported to Mia Luxury Collection. An administrative fee will be charged for a replacement membership card. The new issued card shall have the same expiry as the original membership card.
  • Only individuals can be enrolled in the Loyalty Program. No corporations or organizations can hold a Loyalty Program. A different benefit for an event will be discussed by Sales.
  • Revenue/room nights will be counted within the year of membership card.
  • All discounts are for the public rate on website, not combinable with promotions and packages.
  • Membership card will be renewing and we will add more member after 1 year with the revise on number of stay or spending under GM/EAM’s approval.
  • If have any changes in Company policy or other related policies, this policy will be revised in order to be in accordance with new circumstances.
