Energy-saving is one of the most significant ways to help protect the environment and Mia Saigon conserves energy through use of a solar control glass and windows that are energy-efficient use of VRF (variable refrigerant flow) system for air conditioning, effective wall and roof insulation and energy-efficient LED lighting, to mention a few. As part of its all-round green approach, Mia Saigon collects and separates recyclables to reduce refuse and lessen the impact of single use items. The indoor environment is also improved with increased fresh air circulation and air filtration to remove dust, contaminants and pollen. Access to daylight and views also helps improve guests’ health and wellness. Mia Saigon is also aiming at being an innovator in the generation of food produced on the property, capitalizing on the harvests from herb and vegetable gardens.
Mia Saigon was built from a scratch with sustainability at the very forefront. We believe hospitality plays a big role in saving our planet one step at a time.
