Work In a Workout
Equipped with state-of-the-art Life Fitness machines, the Mia gym features treadmills, cross trainer, and exercise bikes along with a range of weights and a boxing bag. A separate area has fitness mats and exercise balls.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to change or cancel an appointment, please notify us 4 hours before your appointment, or there will be 50% charge if you cancel your appointment within 4 hours, or 100% charge will be apply if no show.
Spa Attire
Ô Spa provides in each treatment room, a wardrobe, a robe, undergarments, and sandals for your comfort. The spa therapists will guarantee your privacy. However, please let us know if you feel uncomfortable for any reason.
Spa Environment
We strive to provide you with the most relaxing and tranquil environment, so we respectfully request that you refrain from using your cell phone on the premises. Your cooperation in providing a quiet environment is greatly appreciated.
