Mia Saigon is proud to present the first ever “6-hands Michelin Star Chef Wine Dinner” at our beautiful hotel. Join us on Thursday, 8th December 2022 from 18:30 for a fantastic 8-course dinner journey with the finest wine pairing feast.

During this exclusive dinner, you will be invited to experience the exquisite cuisine prepared by Executive Chef Julio Gomez of Mia Saigon, Chef Juanlu Fernández – A 1* Michelin Star Chef of Lú Cocina y Alma restaurant and Chef Israel Ramos – A 1* Michelin Star Chef of Mantúa restaurant in Spain.

About Chefs

Executive Chef Julio Gomez – A young and passionate Chef who has lived in Asia for many years. He is deeply dedicated to creating cuisine that reflects Mediterranean based with a Latin Twist.

Juanlu Fernández – 1* Michelin Star Chef
Chef Juanlu Fernández began his career with artisan pastry then passed through the different kitchens of the great chefs of Spain exploring his passion for French cuisine and merging it with the traditional cuisine of his home town of Jerez. His enthusiasm, along with his culinary training, and his tireless ability to reinvent core cuisine is the guiding light behind the menus he creates. A Universe created by chef JuanLu Fernandez immerses all senses.

Israel Ramos – 1* Michelin Star Chef
Chef Israel Ramos, trained at the School of Catering of Cadiz, opened his dream project,”Mantúa” in 2017. This gourmet, haute cuisine restaurant located in Jerez is named after a grape which was grown in this area in the south of Spain in the 18th century. A Jerez native, Ramos was inspired to open the restaurant with the intention of interlacing the cuisine of Andalusia, Cádiz
