Shooting policy for walk-in guests who do not stay at the hotel
In order to protect the privacy and safety for guests who stay at the hotel, a policy for photo shooting and video shooting is applied from 1 June 2023 at Mia Saigon with the details below:
- No make-up at the hotel: Guests are able to do simple touches to their looks by themselves. However, make-up and hair with make-up artists or professional tools are not allowed in any area of the hotel, including the restaurant, bar, lounge, and restrooms.
- No changing outfits at the hotel because changing outfits is recognized as one of the professional photo shooting. Guests who take photos with mobile devices and change outfits will be recognized as professional photo shooting and will apply the photo shooting package fee and conditions.
- No photo shooting or video shooting by any type of device in the Living Room (also known as the Lobby Lounge), The Muse, The Kitchen By The River, Hotel Lobby, Hotel Pool, Hotel Grass yard areas, and Hotel Corridor on the Lobby Level, except for the shooting teams with the official approval by the board of directors of Mia Saigon.
- Guests can take photos by mobile phones to capture memories for personal use at the Hotel Pool Deck – shooting the view of the river, Hotel Pier.
- No professional cameras, except for the shooting teams with the official approval by the board of directors of Mia Saigon, at any area of the hotel. Guests who take photos with professional cameras be recognized as professional photo shooting and will apply for the photo shooting package.
- No photo can include any visual part of any other guests, neither the front side/look nor the back side/look of the guest, without proper approval by that guest himself/herself.
- Photo shooting is subject to hotel availability.
